Check-In and Arrival
Check-In: 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Typically we can accommodate early arrivals. Please contact the front desk if you are in need of an earlier arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 p.m. please call the front desk for self check-in information.

Check-Out and Breakfast
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast is available for all of our hotel guests, served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekends. The breakfast we serve is a full Hill Country Breakfast for only $10.00 per person. Breakfast includes, whole fruit, sliced fruit, hot & cold cereals, breakfast breads, 2 egg choices, bacon, sausage or ham and breakfast potatoes with assorted toppings. Arrangements for additional non-hotel guest that you may have invited to join you for breakfast can be made with the front desk. Private dining for your group is also available for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. Please contact our sales department for more information on Private Dining.

Cancellations
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for individual room reservations.

Pets
Although the staff at Vintage Villas are pet lovers, many of our guests do not share the same sentiments. We do not allow pets at Vintage Villas but do have a great location for boarding traveling pets just minutes from the hotel. Additional Policies
Please make arrangements if you are planning to use your room out of the scope of a standard guest visit.

Vintage Villas is smoke free facilities. Smoking is available out side or on the guest room balconies and porches.

Maximum occupancy is four guests per room.

Gatherings are not permitted after 10:00 p.m. in the hotel lobbies or guests rooms without prior written approval from the sales department.
