At many hotels, small and mid-sized group events are an after-thought, and their service reflects that. Not at Vintage Villas. Here, small group events are a big deal and our meeting rooms reflect that. Our event spaces are ideally sized to welcome small and mid-sized groups, and we pride ourselves on delivering the personal attention and VIP service often reserved just for larger groups elsewhere.
With a total of 5,000 square feet of event space, Vintage Villas’ multiple spaces can accommodate groups from 5 to 299. We offer an exclusive environment. Vintage Villas Hotel & Events will not divide one room into smaller and nosier rooms with accordion style air walls. We value the learning environment that we have partnered with you to create. Your meeting or event will have that exclusive feeling without other guest interruption or noise.
The most recent addition to Vintage Villas’ event spaces is the Colorado Room. Located on the first floor of the South Texas Villa, this 750 square foot space is the ultimate in exclusive, private meeting get-aways. The Colorado Room adjoins a private dining room for your meeting guests, as well as a 750 square foot private covered patio overlooking Lake Travis. This space is ideal for corporate retreats, board meetings and business strategy sessions in a private, relaxed and inspiring setting.
The Travis Room offers 2,000 square feet of exquisite meeting space with wood floors and an exceptional second story view. Its location on the property provides a truly exclusive feel for groups from 8 to 80 in size. The 30’ long and 8’ tall high efficiency glass window provides uninterrupted views. Sunsets over the lake are particularly spectacular from this excellent vantage point. The Travis Room is a popular setting for board meetings, workshops and luncheons. End a day of work with your group’s own private sunset happy hour!
The Event Center includes the 1,600 square foot Lakeview Room and its twin Sunset Room. Renovated in 2017, these rooms are joined by a wide foyer whose wall of windows provides breathtaking views of Lake Travis. Step out from the foyer toward the lake onto a large patio shaded by Live Oak trees to enjoy a Hill Country panoramic view. Your guests can seamlessly flow from inside to patio. This space is ideal for social functions, meals and receptions, and large conference setups.
